The concept of “Urban Lodge Housing” in an innovating modality that takes a series of specifications, trying to show its beauty, hospitality and urbanism of our zone in a positive and intelligent way. Contributing with benefits to the meso economic order to the inhabitants of the area; in consequence, to the hundred of visitants that come every day to our streets, plazas and forums.

Due to this matter we offer a project, that has being presented in many different occasions to the authorities of the place, hopping that someday they will help to get on going the productive establishments that stables an objective of a virtuous circle:

Regarding to the polemic program of the Urban Development of Coyoacán project that has being destroyed due to the absence of an agreement of the neighbours, the local government and its ministry instances that may concern and to our greatest house of studies UNAM. The topic motivates to a coherent and well articulated interference that will help as procreative heap to a small part of the obligations that observes this important project…
