Coyoacán district is a zone that has quiet a lot of cultural repertory that gives place to all kind of artistic expressions, educative and inclusive culinary. You can probe it with no doubt that the promise of the cultural and educative expressions of Coyoacán is the greatest of Latino American and Ibero America inclusive by extension, quantity, variety and quality.

This is a historical place of relevance that has been a refuge of distinguished and not very distinguished thinkers, artists from a very varied natures and varied nationalities, personalities that have walked trough its most remote places.

From the Chalet you can get by walking to: Viveros de Coyoacán (three minutes away). A perfect place to exercise, walk, read or just to get relaxed.

Museo Frida Kahlo (museum), La Capilla, and El Hábito theatres; and Coyoacán movie theatre.

Concerning restaurants there are antojerias (typical Mexican food), coffee shops, and bars of different styles. Ask the administration office about it or any of the kind neighbours would be glad to help to get there.

We are located approximately twelve minutes away from the following tourist attractions: The Market and the Historical Centre of Coyoacán, Coyoacán and Viveros subway station, El Centro de Arte Dramatico AC (Dramatic art centre), Shopping mall Plaza Coyoacán, Leon Trotsky museum, Hugo Argüelles theatre and La Cineteca National (Film library).

In a diameter of fifteen to thirty minutes from the Chalet you can find La Conchita and Santa Catarina plazas, La Alberca Olimpica (Olympic swimming pool), Centro Nacional de las Artes (national centre of art), La Escuela Nacional de Música (national school of music), La Escuela superior de Música (the superior school of music), Theatres, Coyoacán, Ramiro Jiménez and Rodolfo Usigli Forum, the beautiful street of Francisco Sosa, El Instituto Italiano de Cultura (Italian Culture Institute), Centro Cultural Los Talleres (cultural centre Los Talleres), La Casa de la Cultura de Coyoacán (Coyoacán´s Cultural house) “Jesús Reyes Heroles”, The museums of Octavio Paz, Nacional de la Acuarela (watercolour), The “Anahuacalli” of Diego Rivera as well his museum/house.

We are neighbours of San Ángel and all its corners passing through the institute and Helenico theatre, to get until Netzahualcoyotl, Ollín Yolistli rooms and of course la U.N.A.M. as well part of Coyoacán, in all its splendour and its great cultural and scientific by the Cuicuilco Pyramids.

From about half to one hour there is the International Airport of Mèxico City “Benito Juárez”.
