I. The payment of the room and suites rent most be done in advance. On weekly and monthly rates, the discounts will be applied on the on time payments only. There is a possibility to make adjustments to the payments in case of adding or reducing days to the stay.
II. The rates are posted in national currency (Mexican pesos). Tax is not included; it will be included just when an invoice is required. Customers out side of Mexico are exempt of the 15% tax. Receipts or invoices will be made during operating schedules. Rates are subject to changed at any time. There will be a 4% interest charge on a more than 7 days of late payments (per staying), this will be applied on a weekly or monthly stay only.
III. In case of an arrival of extra person without a previous agreement, it must noticed to the administration to consult the new rate and conditions of the occupancy (applies on a weekly and monthly stay only). Every person staying at Chalet del Carmen must be register at the administration desk in advance and with the administration’s allowance.
IV. Check out time required to be at 12:00 o’clock. Otherwise an extra day charge will be applied.
V. The administration is allowed to cease or to deny the guest’s contract and/or to ask the immediate vacant of the room/ suite to any guest that break or violet the rules of the police regulations, sanitation regulations, or to any person that morally misbehave or that does not follow the administration’s conditions; with out the right of any cash back or discount on the services or stay of the guest’s bill. Even more the person will be charge for any damage or injured caused within the property.
VI. The administration can get in the room/suite at any time in a needed or obligated situation, such as misdemeanour, crime, in fraganti, etc.
VII. The silence of the house must be respected at 23:00 hrs.
VIII. The guest must close every single door of the room or of the property properly when going out.

IX. All the modalities include: Bed cloths and clean towels (once a week, if you may wish to incur on another modality – more towels, or more bed clothing – an extra charge will be added). They also include everyday cleaning rooms from 09:30 to 16:00 hrs. It is important to be aware that cleanness of the room/suite will be done when the guest is out of the room or during the guest’s absence. But may the administration reserves the right of the cleanness.
X. It is not allowed smoking inside the room/suite.
XI. The laundry service (washer and dryer machine) is available for every guest (schedule from 09:00 to 22:00 hrs.) and we ask to leave the laundry area clean and organized.
XII. We request to keep the kitchenette in well conditions. The guest is responsible to wash the dishes and utensils of the suite’s kitchenette.
XIII. It is not allowed to have meetings, parties, or any kind of celebration that may alter the public laws or the administration’s conditions. It is not allowed any musical instrument used on a loud way.
XIV. The administration is not responsible for any valuable object left in the room/suite. In a needed case please check with the administration office in advance.
XV. Visitors are not allowed in the room/suite. Not children allowed. Not pets or any kind of animals are allowed in the property for the guest’s security and tranquillity.
XVI. Rooms and suites are assigned for reside home only.
XVII. It is not allowed to have explosive objects or corrosive substances that can cause danger or bad odour inside the property.
XVIII. Heating machines are available for guests; their use will monthly increase your bill $1,000.00 Mexican pesos for about 2 hours per day, due to the high electricity rates.
